KUALA LUMPUR: HSS Engineers Bhd
said its associate company HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd has been appointed the project management consultant for the enginering, procurement, construction and commissioning of the proposed 10.06MW load data centre and associated works in Bagan Datuk, Perak, (Phase 1 - 10MW)(Facility F1).
It said in a stock exchange filing it had received the contract, with an estimated service value of RM22mil, from Silver Streams Technofarm Sdn Bhd.
The contract commenced in December 2025, and is estimated to be completed in June 2027.
"The services to be provided by HSSI shall include, without limitation, overall project management, design management, programme and schedule management, cost and contract administration, change management, construction and site management, quality assurance and quality control, and full construction supervision," it said.
