Mitrajaya accepts RM42.81mil fourth variation order for data centre project


KUALA LUMPUR: Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd, has accepted a fourth variation order worth RM42.81mil for data centre main works in Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the variation order, accepted on Dec 10, 2025, was issued by NEXTDC Sdn Bhd and covers Stage 1 Phase 3 of the data centre project.

Following the latest variation, the revised contract sum now stands at RM844.66mil.

The works under the fourth variation order are expected to be completed by July 28, 2026.

Mitrajaya said the fourth variation contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2025 and 2026.
