Exsim’s unit gets RM2.36mil job in an RPT deal


KUALA LUMPUR: Exsim Hospitality Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Exsim Concepto Sdn Bhd has been awarded a RM2.36mil contract for the renovation, interior design and build works for Kebun Teh phase 2 sales gallery and show unit at Level 10 Plaza Pelangi, Johor.

The job was awarded by Exsim Kebun Teh Sdn Bhd (EKTSB).

The contract works are regarded as recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.

Lim Aik Hoe, Lim Aik Kiat, and Lim Aik Fu are major shareholders of Exsim Hospitality, with a 72.56% indirect interest through their direct shareholding in Exsim Hospitality Holdings Sdn Bhd. They also hold a 76.67% indirect interest in EKTSB via their direct shareholding in Exsim Development Sdn Bhd

Aik Hoe and Aik Kiat are also directors of EKTSB.
