Kelvin Tan Aik Pen returns to Innoprise Plantations as managing director


KUALA LUMPUR: Innoprise Plantations Bhd has appointed Datuk Kelvin Tan Aik Pen as the group's managing director effective Jan 1, 2026.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing today, the plantation company said Tan, 68, had previously served as the group’s managing director between 2006 and 2019. He was involved in the development of its plantation operations from greenfield sites to established oil palm estates and milling operations. 

He is also TSH Resources Bhd’s chairman and co-founder, the company added.

"Tan began his entrepreneurial journey in 1977 in the cocoa industry. He later used an integrated and disciplined approach with Sabah and Indonesia’s oil palm sector.

"He led TSH's listings on Bursa Malaysia and the Singapore Exchange and remains supportive of sustainability and conservation initiatives," it said. - Bernama
