Petronas Gas Bhd will implement revised tariffs for gas transportation and regasification services under Regulatory Period 3, effective from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028, following government approval.

Gas Malaysia Bhd has announced new gas distribution charges across Peninsular Malaysia where the base average tariff for users of its natural gas distribution system has been set at RM1.880 per GJ per day, effective January 2026.

SD Guthrie Bhd has committed to introducing a living wage policy in the 1Q2026 where the first phase will cover approximately 8,000 non-plantation employees and is targeted for completion by December 2026.

TRC Synergy Bhd has secured a RM550.8mn contract from SRS Consortium Sdn Bhd for the Penang LRT Mutiara Line project.

Nationgate Holdings Bhd has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Valeo Malaysia CDA Sdn Bhd for RM60.9mn in cash.

Resintech Bhd has secured a RM16.1mn contract to supply and deliver high-density polyethylene pipes and fittings for a water facility project in Cambodia.

Tanco Holdings Bhd’s 79.0%-owned subsidiary, Midports Holdings Sdn Bhd, has appointed Hong Kong-based Ocean Bridge International Ports Management Co Ltd as the operator for its smart AI container port project in Port Dickson.

UOA Real Estate Investment Trust has adjourned its unitholders’ meeting after a unitholder raised concerns regarding the yield and valuation of the proposed related-party acquisition involving 3 UOA Business Park assets.

Ekovest Bhd and its major shareholder, Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo, have mutually agreed to extend the deadline to finalise discussions on the proposed acquisition of Credence Resources Sdn Bhd from 27 December 2025 to 26 January 2026.
