Infomina's Thai subsidiary inks RM137.1mil services contract with Siam Commercial Bank


KUALA LUMPUR: Infomina Bhd's 99%-owned subsidiary Infomina (Thailand) Co Ltd  has accepted a blanket purchase agreement valued at US$33.84mil (RM137.1mil) from Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited in Thailand.

It said in a stock exchange filing the BPA is for the provision of technology application and infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services to Siam Commercial Bank, a banking institution in Thailand, for a period of three years commencing from Jan 1, 2026, to Dec 31, 2028.

Infomina Thailand’s roles under the BPA include assisting Siam Commercial Bank in renewing licence subscriptions, provision of training to Siam Commercial Bank’s personnel, and supplying the fixes required for installation and operations (such as detailed operations and maintenance manuals). 

The services also encompass assessing and monitoring the software environment of Siam Commercial Bank to ensure it is updated with the latest relevant supported version.

Infomina Thailand will also provide online and offline support services, periodical maintenance to the software (including providing Siam Commercial Bank with the relevant manuals), ad-hoc technical and repair services as well as consumption or utilisation monitoring and reporting services.
