KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch today include PMCK Bhd, Citaglobal Bhd, Kimlun Corp Bhd, CBH Engineering Holding Bhd, Hextar Global Bhd, Solarvest Holdings Bhd, Petronas Gas Bhd (PetGas) and Jasa Kita Bhd.

PMCK posted a 2Q net profit of RM5.76 mil on revenue of RM25.42mil and declared a first interim dividend of 0.12 sen per share.

For the six months ended Oct 31, the group recorded a net profit of RM6.60mil on revenue of RM47.18mil.

Citaglobal’s consortium secured a 21-year PPA with Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) for a 200MW large-scale solar project in Pahang, with the plant targeted to begin commercial operations in March 2028.

Kimlun Corp won three construction contracts in Johor Baru worth RM617.73mil in total, covering serviced apartments as well as residential and commercial projects, with completion timelines stretching from 2Q28 to 4Q28.

CBH Engineering secured a RM130mil data centre contract for the extension of a 275kV consumer landing station in southern Peninsular Malaysia, with works to be carried out in three phases.

Hextar Global entered into conditional agreements to acquire three fertiliser companies for RM120mil, expanding its agriculture platform to complement its existing agrochemical business.

Solarvest is acquiring a 22% stake in Solar District Cooling Group for RM41.96mil, strengthening its presence in solar thermal and energy-saving services through potential operational synergies.

PetGas’ subsidiary will prepay up to US$173.64mil in jetty usage charges at the Pengerang LNG terminal to reduce foreign-exchange exposure, without affecting operations.

Jasa Kita plans to acquire a 55% stake in SPPH Eco Biomass Resources for a total economic value of RM38.34mil, gaining control of a large industrial land parcel in Gebeng, Pahang.
