PNB Merdeka Ventures secures ISO 9001:2015 certification

KUALA LUMPUR: PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn Bhd (PNBMV) has achieved the ISO 9001:2015 certification, the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems.

In a statement, PNBMV said the certification enhances its operational processes and service delivery, while reinforcing its role in supporting the development of the world-class Merdeka 118 precinct.

PNBMV chief executive officer Datuk Tengku Ab Aziz Tengku Mahmud said the internationally recognised certification reflects the group’s commitment to building strong and consistent processes, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation.
