Critical Holdings wins RM40.8mil contract for data centre project


KUALA LUMPUR: Critical Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Critical M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM40.8mil contract for mechanical engineering works at a data centre project in Bukit Jalil, Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the engineering firm said the contract covers the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, warranty and maintenance of mechanical systems for the project.

Critical Holdings said the works are scheduled for completion by Dec 7, 2026.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the company for the financial year ending June 30, 2026,” it said.
