PETALING JAYA: Tuju Setia Bhd
has secured a contract worth RM420mil from Sunway Bhd to construct serviced apartments and facilities for the Sunway Cochrane development project in Kuala Lumpur.
In a statement, the construction services firm said it will construct two serviced apartment towers supported by podium facilities comprising retail floors, facilities decks, a seven-storey car park, and a link bridge providing direct access to the Cochrane MRT station.
