MK Land awards RM142.3mil solar plant contract to Solarvest


PETALING JAYA: MK Land Holdings Bhd's subsidiary Citra Energies Sdn Bhd has awarded a RM142.3mil contract to Atlantic Blue Sdn Bhd (ABSS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Solarvest Holdings Bhd, to develop a 29.99MW solar photovoltaic plant in Mukim Padang Meha, Kulim, Kedah.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MK Land noted the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract is for a facility that is being developed under the Corporate Green Power Programme (CGPP).

MKLand added ABSB is willing to guarantee the timely completion on a fixed-price turnkey, lump-sum basis and warrant the proper construction and installation of such a facility.
