PETALING JAYA: Al-Salam Real Estate Investment Trust
(Al-Salam-REIT) has made its maiden rated senior sukuk wakalah issuance of RM455mil in nominal value under the guarantee tranche guaranteed by the credit guarantee and investment facility from the sukuk wakalah programme.
The sukuk was issued via a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) wholly owned by Al-Salam-REIT through its trustee, Amanahraya Trustees Bhd.
