PMW targets expansion in Sarawak


KUALA LUMPUR: PMW International Bhd is set to accelerate its expansion in Sarawak following its ACE Market listing, driven by the group’s confidence in strengthening its manufacturing and infrastructure capabilities.

Yesterday, PMW International debuted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia at 34 sen, unchanged from its initial public offering price, with 13.85 million shares traded.

The stock finished 1.47%, or 0.5 sen, higher at 34.5 sen with 102.93 million shares traded.

Its executive director and chief executive officer, Lee Hon Hwa, said the company is looking forward to embarking on its next phase of growth with the opening of its new manufacturing facility in Tanjung Manis, Sarawak. — Bernama
