InNature seals deal to distribute Yves Rocher in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Innature Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Hello Natural Sdn Bhd (HNSB), has entered into a licence and distribution agreement (LDA) with Laboratoires De Biologie Végétale Yves Rocher (Yves Rocher) for the distribution of Yves Rocher products and the provision of its spa services in Malaysia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, InNature said the LDA, effective from Nov 12, 2025, will be in force for up to 18 months and is expected to be succeeded by a franchise agreement by the end of the term.

The collaboration will strengthen InNature’s position in the natural personal care segment and expand its market reach. It also builds on the trust established between Yves Rocher and InNature in Vietnam.

The extended partnership is expected to contribute positively to the group’s future revenue and profitability, creating long-term value for stakeholders.

InNature managing director Datin Mina Cheah-Foong said the collaboration opens new opportunities for growth and innovation, as the company brings a Made-in-France range of high-quality, French-grown botanical beauty solutions to Malaysian consumers.

“We believe the addition of Yves Rocher to our portfolio will further strengthen our position as a leading advocate for conscious beauty in the region.”

Meanwhile, Yves Rocher Asia chief executive officer Philippe Duchossois: “We are delighted to begin this new chapter with InNature, a partner that shares our commitment to sustainable beauty and our deep respect for nature. Malaysia represents a key market in our ambition to make Yves Rocher the most credible and desirable dermo-botanical brand in Asia.”
