AmanahRaya REIT launches RM2bil MTN programme

KUALA LUMPUR: AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (AmanahRaya REIT) has established a medium-term note (MTN) programme with a nominal value of up to RM2bil.

In a statement, AmanahRaya REIT said the MTN programme was established under the Securities Commission’s Lodge and Launch Framework. The programme offers flexibility, enabling AmanahRaya REIT to issue rated or unrated notes as needed.

Public Investment Bank Bhd is the principal adviser, lead arranger and lead manager for the MTN programme.

AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Mohd Iskandar Dzulkarnain Ramli said the launch of the MTN programme marks a key milestone in AmanahRaya REIT’s capital management strategy.

“It will further strengthen our financial position and enable us to seize new growth opportunities, including potential asset acquisitions and portfolio enhancement initiatives, while continuing to deliver sustainable returns to our unitholders.”
