No trading halt for Ho Hup after annual report submitted to Bursa Securities


KUALA LUMPUR: The trading in the securities of Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd (Ho Hup) will not be suspended on Nov 10, 2025following the timely submission of its Annual Report 2025 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Securities).

In a listing circular filedwith the exchange, Bursa Securitiessaid Ho Hup hason Nov 7, 2025, submitted its annual report, which includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’and directors’ reports for the financial period ended June 30, 2025.

It said thesubmission was made in compliance with Paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

"Ho Hup faces a trading suspension unless it issues the report by November 7,” the exchange said on November 3.

At close of trading today, Ho Hup’s share price was unchanged at four sen with 4.73 million shares traded. - Bernama
