Bursa cautions investors on MMAG amid continued unusual trading activity

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has issued a trading reminder on MMAG Holdings Bhd following the recent sharp decline in the company’s share price.

The exchange said the reminder comes after MMAG’s Nov 3, 2025, response to an unusual market activity (UMA) query, in which the company said it was unaware of any corporate development or explanation behind the share price movement.

Despite the company’s negative confirmation, Bursa noted that there has been continued unusual activity and price movement in MMAG’s shares.

“In view of this, investors are reminded to consider and take into account all available information before making investment decisions when dealing in the securities of MMAG,” Bursa Malaysia said in a statement.

MMAG closed 10.53% lower at 85 sen, down one sen, with 185.64 million shares traded. Year-to-date, the counter has plunged more than 83%.
