Atrium-REIT expects steady showing in 4Q

PETALING JAYA: Atrium Real Estate Investment Trust (Atrium-REIT) expects to maintain sustainable performance for the fourth quarter of this year (4Q25) despite persistent economic uncertainty, according to its filing with Bursa Malaysia.

As of Sept 30, Atrium-REIT’s property portfolio was fully occupied.

The REIT said that it will continue to focus on “driving income growth through proactive asset management and the selective pursuit of yield-accretive opportunities, in line with its long-term objective of delivering sustainable distributions to unitholders”.

For 3Q25, Atrium-REIT’s revenue was marginally lower at RM12.81mil compared with RM12.87mil in 3Q24, while net income eased 3% to RM6.78mil from RM6.99mil a year earlier.

Atrium-REIT proposed a second income distribution of 2.2 sen per unit, bringing the total income distribution for the nine months to 6.7 sen per unit.
