Taiwan’s Ichia opens RM490mil plant in Kulim

KUALA LUMPUR: Taiwanese electronic components manufacturer Ichia Technologies, Inc has opened its second state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah.

Malaysian Investment Development Authority (Mida) said in a statement yesterday that the RM490mil investment is expected to create approximately 600 job opportunities, with a strong emphasis on high-skilled talent.
