Shaiful Zahrin Subhan
KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Edgenta Bhd
has appointed Shaiful Zahrin Subhan as its new managing director/CEO effective Nov 1, 2025.
Shaiful, 49, joined UEM Edgenta in January 2023 as the head of healthcare solutions and managing director of Edgenta Mediserve Sdn Bhd.
He has over 25 years of leadership experience spanning multiple sectors, including telecommunications, broadcasting and information technology.
Prior to joining UEM Edgenta, he served as group CEO of Iris Corp Bhd from 2017 to 2022.
Shaiful holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New England, Australia, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Birmingham, England.
He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
