PETALING JAYA: Kintan Prima Sdn Bhd (KPSB) has completed an unconditional mandatory take-over offer for all remaining ordinary shares in Jasa Kita Bhd (JKB) at 38 sen per share.

The offer, targeting JKB shares not already owned by the KPSB, Abd Azis Mohamad or persons acting in concert, was aimed to fully acquire JKB.
