KUALA LUMPUR: SNS Network Technology Bhd’s unit, SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd, has entered into a strategic joint venture with MIMOS Holdings Sdn Bhd and Kelab Kebajikan dan Rekreasi MIMOS (KKRM).

The partnership will establish MIMOS Network Sdn Bhd, a new company specialising in digital quality assurance and independent verification and validation (IV&V) services.

Under the agreement, SNS Network will hold 49% equity, while MIMOS Holdings and KKRM will own 46% and 5% respectively.

In a statement, the information and communications technology (ICT) system and solutions provider said the venture aims to strengthen Malaysia’s digital compliance and trust infrastructure, supporting its shift toward a secure, innovation-driven digital economy.

The partnership will combine MIMOS’ research expertise and SNS Network’s business strengths to provide testing and validation services for sectors such as finance, telecoms, healthcare, manufacturing, and education.

SNS Network managing director Ko Yun Hung said the collaboration marks an important milestone in the company’s ongoing expansion into high-value digital assurance and compliance services.

“By combining our operational expertise with MIMOS’ research depth, we can help enterprises and public agencies build confidence in the digital systems that underpin their growth,” he added.

Meanwhile, MIMOS Holdings CEO Razman Jaafar said: “MIMOS Network will raise national standards in testing and certification, ensuring innovation is not only advanced but also trusted and secure. This venture reflects our ongoing mission to translate research excellence into real-world impact for Malaysia’s technology ecosystem.”
