Omesti wins RM30mil govt contract


PETALING JAYA: Omesti Bhd has accepted an award from the Home Affairs Ministry for a period of 36 months worth RM30.31mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the information technology software and hardware distributor said the contract involves preventive and corrective maintenance services for local area network equipment and information and communication technology, security at the headquarters and branches of the Malaysian Immigration Department.

Omesti said the contract is from Oct 15, 2025 to Oct 14, 2028.

“The contract will have no effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the company. It is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings per share and net assets per share of Omesti Group,” the company said.
