Likei Logistic eyes ACE Market listing


PETALING JAYA: Likei Logistic Services Bhd is eyeing a listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The company is principally involved in the provision of container haulage and other logistics services, freight forwarding services, warehouse service and trading of goods.

In its prospectus, the company said its initial public offering (IPO) will entail the public issue of 92.19 million new ordinary shares. KAF Investment Bank Bhd is the sponsor of the company’s IPO.

The company said proceeds from the IPO will be used for capital expenditure for a new warehouse cum office, purchase of commercial vehicles and supporting equipment, working capital and listing expenses.
