THE reciprocal tariffs imposed by the United States have been a major concern for global economies, including Malaysia, which was slapped with a 19% tariff rate in August.
The tariff rate was negotiated down from 24% following a reciprocal trade agreement finalised on July 31, which took effect in August this year.
