PETRONAS Gas gets greenlight for internal reorganisation


KUALA LUMPUR: Petronas Gas Bhd has been given approval on a tax exemption by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) to proceed with a proposed internal reorganisation, which will see the transfer of all its assets, liabilities and business undertakings to its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

The group, which is involved in gas processing, gas transport and utilities, said in a bourse filing that upon completion of the proposed internal reorganisation, each of its business segments will be housed under dedicated business entities.
