PETALING JAYA: ACE Market-bound THMY Holdings Bhd is planning to channel the bulk of its initial public offering (IPO) proceeds – RM25.9mil or 58.1% of the RM44.6mil to be raised from the public issue – into building a second factory in Batu Kawan Industrial Park.

The factory is slated for completion in 2029, as its current facility nears full capacity and demand for functional circuit test (FCT) solutions grows.
