PETALING JAYA: Haily Group Bhd
's unit Haily Construction Sdn Bhd has secured a construction job contract amounting to RM197.55mil from Connoisseur Properties Sdn Bhd.
The contract involved the construction of a 45-storey service apartment block, which comprises 34 storeys with 748 units.
It also includes the building of shops: five units of shops at level 1; two units of shops at Level 10 and a one-storey carpark at Level 2, the company said in a Bursa statement.
The commencement date of this contract is on Oct 1, 2025 while its completion date would be on Jan 31, 2029, or 40 months effectively, it said.
Other terms attached to the contract include liquidated damages if the works are not completed by the completion date or any extended completion date of RM80,000 per day of delay for the main building works; and RM1,000 per day of delay for the shops unit works, it said.
This contract would contribute earnings and net assets over this period, the company added.
