PETALING JAYA: TXCD Bhd (formerly Ageson Bhd
) has secured a letter of award from R & C Cergas Teguh Sdn Bhd to install and complete structure and architecture works for a project at Lorong Raja Uda 2, Kuala Lumpur, worth RM11.24mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the Practice Note 17 construction company said sub-contract works comprised the supply of material, labour, tools and machinery.
“The sub-contract period will commence on Oct 1, 2025 and be completed on Aug 24, 2026.”
TXCD said the letter of agreement (LoA), which is a related-party transaction, is expected to contribute positively to the group’s future earnings, earnings per share and consolidated net assets of the group.
“The LoA will not have any effect on the issued share capital and the shareholding of the substantial shareholders of the company.”
“Chew Swe Siew @ Chew Swee Siew is the managing director and also the major shareholder of the company.
“He is also the sole director and major shareholder of R & C Cergas.”
