KUALA LUMPUR: The ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) has called for sustainability reporting to be simplified to make it more accessible and less burdensome, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
ASEAN-BAC Malaysia Chairman Tan Sri Nazir Razak said the move aligns with Malaysia’s ASEAN chairmanship theme of "Inclusivity and Sustainability”, underscoring the country’s intent to ensure the region stays firmly green.
