KUALA LUMPUR: Oasis Home Holding Bhd via a wholly-owned subsidiary entered into a joint venture with CTG JV Malaysia Sdn Bhd to collaborate on an omni-channel strategy to market and sell wellness products.

CTG is a joint venture between CTG Asia Holdings Sdn Bhd and Am Found Group Sdn. Bhd.

According to a statement issued by Oasis Home, CTG Group is one of Malaysia’s leading product incubation platforms, having developed more than 50 healthcare and beauty brands with cumulative sales exceeding RM200mil over the past three years.

Under the tie-up, the two partners will set up a joint venture company, which will be 51%-owned by Oasis Wellness and the remaining 49%, by CTG.

Oasis Wellness will lead the live commerce segment through content development, audience engagement, and host management.

CTG will complement this with its expertise in digital marketing and offline channels, including product retail placements, pop-up stores and events, creating a comprehensive approach to customer engagement and conversion.

The JV will debut with three wellness brands owned by CTG, namely Mformula, Essencare Recovery and Ninoko and related businesses.

"Live commerce is one of the fastest-growing retail channels in Malaysia. More consumers are becoming comfortable and confident in making purchases through these platforms, particularly when it comes to trusted brands and certified products.

"This presents an opportunity for us to deliver wellness solutions to the market in a way that is both accessible and engaging," said Oasis Home CEO Datuk Jaden Teoh Yee Seang.
