Hanoi mulls scrapping investment licences

HANOI: The Finance Ministry has proposed abolishing overseas investment registration certificates to facilitate capital outflows, recommending instead a streamlined foreign exchange management approach.

The proposal was raised in the draft revision of the Law on Investment.
