PETALING JAYA: West River Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Goodwood Builders Sdn Bhd to conduct electrical low voltage, extra low voltage and lighting services for the proposed development of two blocks of 44-storey suite apartments worth RM16.66mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the mechanical and electrical engineering services provider said the apartment blocks are located at Jalan Taman Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur.

“The construction period for main contract works is 20 months which includes all the nominated sub-contract works.

“The date of commencement shall be July 1, 2025 and date of completion for main contract works shall be Feb 28, 2027.”
