VANTRIS Energy Bhd (VEB), formerly known as Sapura Energy Bhd, proposed a regularisation plan that is undoubtedly a lifeline for the debt-laden oil and gas giant.

But the way it was presented to shareholders had caught them off guard and questioned if the company could have taken better care in handling the way it introduced amendments to a key resolution.
