PETALING JAYA: Amtel Holdings Bhd
has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Amtel Cellular Sdn Bhd, (AMCSB), will be venturing into the manufacturing and assembly of motor vehicles for the local and export markets.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Amtel said AMCSB is involved in the research and development of hardware, software applications and its related services; as well as manufacturing, assembling, installation and sale of telematics and navigation products, electronics, automotive and telecommunication related products and its related service.
