Crest Builder wins RM233mil Sunway project 


KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd’s (CBHB) wholly owned subsidiary, Crest Builder Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM233.3mil construction contract from Sunway Flora Sdn Bhd, a member of the Sunway Group.

In a statement, it said the contract involved the construction of the main building for the Sunway Flora 2 mixed development project in Taman Mutiara, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

“The project comprises a 41-storey and 43-storey high-rise block with 686 units of serviced apartments, along with five levels of elevated car parks and various recreational facilities.

“The construction period is expected to span 36 months from the scheduled site possession date,” it said.

Crest Builder said the latest contract brought its total outstanding order book to about RM1.7bil, providing earnings visibility over the next four years.

“It reaffirms CBHB’s strong track record in delivering high-quality, timely construction solutions,” it said. — Bernama
