Farhash Wafa Salvador emerges as substantial shareholder in Key Alliance with 5.55% stake


PETALING JAYA: Key Alliance Group Bhd's new chairman, Datuk Wira Farhash Wafa Salvador, has emerged as a substantial shareholder in the company after acquiring 6.8 million shares in the open market.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the IT-based company noted that Farhash now holds a 5.548% stake after acquiring the shares on April 25.

The move comes after he was made chairman in January.
