KUALA LUMPUR: Sunsuria Bhd
's subsidiary Sunsuria Damansara Sdn Bhd has formed a strategic partnership with Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a unit of the Employees Provident Fund, to develop a new residential project in Kwasa Damansara in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
According to a joint statement, the development - with a land consideration value of RM89mil - will entail the construction of landed homes as well as a condominium on 9.464 acres.
