Sunsuria, Kwasa Land to undertake RM492mil GDV project in Kwasa Damansara


KUALA LUMPUR: Sunsuria Bhd's subsidiary Sunsuria Damansara Sdn Bhd has formed a strategic partnership with Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a unit of the Employees Provident Fund, to develop a new residential project in Kwasa Damansara in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

According to a joint statement, the development - with a land consideration value of RM89mil - will entail the construction of landed homes as well as a condominium on 9.464 acres.

The upcoming development will feature 520 residential units, with an estimated gross development value of RM492mil.

Kwasa Land is the master developer of Kwasa Damansara, while the project will be Sunsuria's maiden foray in the township.

“This partnership marks another milestone in our journey towards building a vibrant and sustainable new township that is being developed on the ethos of Green, Connected and Inclusive,” said Datuk Adenan Md Yusof, managing director of Kwasa Land.

Sunsuria group CEO Tan Wee Bee added that the Kwasa Damansara development will offer a thoughtful mix of terraced housing and high-rise residences, designed to support multi-generational living.

"It provides a nurturing environment where families can grow, interact, and thrive together while embracing sustainability and modern conveniences,” he added.
