PETALING JAYA: Hextar Technologies Solutions Bhd
is disposing of a 1.214 ha leasehold industrial land in Pasir Gudang, Johor, to Airique Property Sdn Bhd for RM16mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Hextar said the property includes a single-storey warehouse, a two-storey office, a guardhouse and a garbage house.
