Maybank launches global access for seamless, shariah-compliant international banking

KUALA LUMPUR: The Maybank Group has launched Maybank Global Access, a solution that seamlessly integrates a Shariah-compliant multi-currency account called the Global Access Account-i with the Maybank Global Access Mastercard World debit card.

In a statement today, Maybank Islamic Bhd said the Maybank Global Access is a convenient alternative for global travellers, supporting 18 currencies, including the Malaysian ringgit in a single account, along with attractive bonus profit rates for selected currencies.
