PETALING JAYA: Nestcon Bhd
has accepted a letter of award (LoA) from Paramount Property (Cityview) Sdn Bhd for the construction of a 49-storey and seven-storey condominium at Jalan Ampang Hilir Kuala Lumpur, worth RM228.3mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Nestcon said the commencement date for the contract will be April 29, 2025.
“The overall completion for the contract works shall be 37 months and the completion date shall be May 28, 2028 or within such extended date of the conditions of contract provides.”
Nestcon said the acceptance of the LOA to undertake the contract works is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of the company throughout the duration of the contract.
The company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the LoA and / or the contract works. Nevertheless, the company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when they occur.”
