AmInvest declares RM133.2mil income distribution for 47 funds


KUALA LUMPUR: AmInvest has declared an income distribution of about RM133.2 million for 47 unit trust and wholesale funds from October to December 2024.  

The fund manager said the distribution covered both conventional and Shariah-compliant funds across various asset classes.  

AmFunds Management Bhd chief executive officer Goh Wee Peng said the payout reflected the company’s strong investment strategies in managing diverse portfolios.  

"We remain committed to delivering value to our investors. We will continue to focus on asset classes with strong fundamentals and growth potential to achieve sustainable returns," she said in a statement today.  

The one-year income distribution for the 47 funds ranged from 1.1 per cent to 15.7 per cent, with the AmIslamic Fixed Income Conservative fund recording the highest return, followed by the Advantage Global Equity Volatility Focused fund (14.7 per cent) and the Advantage Global High Income Bond fund (11.1 per cent).
