TSR Capital wins RM219mil building project


PETALING JAYA: TSR Capital Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd for the proposed construction and completion of common infrastructure works and water reservoir at Kwasa Damansara township development in Selangor for RM219mil.

In a statement, TSR Capital said the scope of works under the contract includes the execution and completion of site clearance and demolition works, earthworks, road works, drainage works, sewerage works and water reservoir.

“The contract is for a duration of 30 months and is expected to be completed by October 2027.”

TSR Capital executive director Lim Dian Ping said the group’s expanded fleet of machinery has propelled its capacity to execute large-scale earthworks and infrastructure projects with great efficiency.

“Securing this deal not only strengthens our foothold in the earthwork and infrastructure sector but also reflects the trust our clients have in our ability to deliver high-quality infrastructure works.”
