Scanwolf Corp unit secures RM42mil construction contract

KUALA LUMPUR: Scanwolf Corporation Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Scanwolf Builder Sdn Bhd has secured a RM42 million contract from Fixus Construction Sdn Bhd for sub-structure works on a commercial development in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the contract involves sub-structure works for two commercial blocks, comprising a 69-storey small office, home office (Soho) block with 775 units and a 78-storey small office, virtual office (Sovo) block with 1,440 units.

The development will also include a 10-storey podium featuring utility spaces, retail units, and parking facilities, it added.

Scanwolf Corp said the contract will run for 20 months, starting on March 20, 2025, with completion scheduled for November 19, 2026.

"The award will have no effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company, (but) it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial year ending June 30, 2025,” it added. - Bernama
