TSR Capital unit bags RM219mil construction works at Kwasa Damansara project


KUALA LUMPUR: TSR Capital Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary TSR Bina Sdn Bhd has secured a contract from Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd for common infrastructure works and a water reservoir at the Kwasa Damansara township development, Selangor, for RM219mil.

In a statement, the group said the scope of works under the contract includes the execution and completion of site clearance and demolition works, earthworks, road works, drainage works, water reticulation works, sewerage works and water reservoir.

The contract is for a duration of 30 months and is expected to be completed by October 2027.

“Our expanded fleet of machinery has propelled our capacity to execute large-scale earthworks and infrastructure projects with great efficiency” said Lim Dian Ping, executive director of TSR Capital.

“Securing this contract not only strengthens our foothold in the earthwork and infrastructure sector but also reflects the unwavering trust our clients have in our ability to deliver high-quality infrastructure works.”
