JHM Consolidation wins RM115.22mil contract from Magna AutosystemsKUALA LUMPUR: JHM Consolidation Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Morrissey Assembly Solution Sdn Bhd (MASSB) has secured a RM115.22mil contract from Magna Autosystems Inc.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, JHM said the contract was for supplying parts for a car model in the United States.
The supply of parts is expected to commence in the third quarter of the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025, and will continue for 2.5 years.
“The contract is expected to contribute to the earnings of JHM Group over a period of 2.5 years commencing from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025,” JHM said.
