MAHB delisting after 25 years - watershed moment for airport operator’s privatisation


KUALA LUMPUR: Tomorrow will be a watershed moment for Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) as it will be delisted from Bursa Malaysia following its successful privatisation exercise by the Gateway Development Alliance (GDA) consortium.

Prior to this, the shares of MAHB which manages domestic and international airports were suspended on Feb 20, 2025 in preparation for the delisting.
