E.A. Technique exits PN17 status


PETALING JAYA: Practice Note 17 (PN17) company E.A. Technique (M) Bhd has regularised its financial condition and no longer triggers any of the criteria under paragraph 2.1 of PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia.

In a filing with the stock exchange, E.A. Technique said it will be uplifted from being classified as a PN17 company effective from 9am today.

Meanwhile, E.A. Technique has changed its name to Avangaad Bhd, effective from 9am on Feb 24.

E.A. Technique closed up 2.9%, or one sen to 35.5 sen with 7.18 million shares traded.

For the financial year ended Dec 31, 2024, E.A. Technique’s net profit jumped to RM154.33mil from RM23.69mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue dipped to RM122.66mil from RM133.08mil a year earlier.
