ES Sunlogy optimistic of its prospects

KUALA LUMPUR: ACE Market-bound ES Sunlogy Bhd is optimistic about its future prospects.

The mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering services and renewable energy solutions provider said it established a strong presence in Malaysia’s M&E engineering industry through its wide range of services and key certifications.

ES Sunlogy said as a Class A contractor with the Energy Commission (EC) and a G7 contractor with CIDB, the group is qualified for large-scale electrical and construction projects. Its strong credentials, focus on quality, and efficiency help maintain client relationships and drive growth.

Its G7 registration across multiple categories allows it to bid for and execute projects of unlimited value throughout Malaysia.

“Additionally, the group’s workforce, including six wiremen and two chargemen registered under the EC, reinforces its technical capabilities in meeting industry standards and project demands,” ES Sunlogy said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The group said it had also diversified into renewable energy, particularly in solar photovoltaic (PV) projects. Since 2017, it has undertaken installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems and is a registered PV service provider with the Sustainable Energy Development Authority.

In the first quarter ended Oct 31, ES Sunlogy posted a net profit of RM3.65mil, or earnings per share of 0.65 sen on revenue of RM63.5mil.

There are no comparative figures as this was its first interim financial report announced.

ES Sunlogy is set to debut on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia on Feb 20, 2025.
