JS Solar eyes ACE Market IPO


PETALING JAYA: JS Solar Holding Bhd is seeking to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, according to its draft prospectus.

The group is mainly involved in the provision of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning services for solar photovoltaic systems.

JS Solar’s initial public offering (IPO) will entail a public issue of 78 million new ordinary shares.

Of these,16.25 million shares will be made available for the Malaysian public and 19.5 million shares to eligible directors and employees of Oxford Innotech, as well as other contributors to the group’s success.

The remaining 42.25 million shares will be available by way of private placement to selected investors. Additionally, the group will offer 19.5 million shares through a private placement to selected investors.
